Sanbittèr was the first non-alcoholic "Aperitivo" launched for the Italian market.

With its iconic shiny red colour, and its unique taste, it has been considered a symbol of the authentic Italian quality "Aperitivo" (non-alcoholic), linked to the good taste and to the pleasure of spending relaxing moments with friends.

Sanbittèr is going to take a trip that will carry it into a more fascinating, engaging, positive and trendy new dimension.

Through your video you’ll show the birth of a new way of drinking together, linked to Sanbitter’s style.


Open, positive, curious, proactive and engaging, and above all...with friends.

Fascinating, refined and no weighty or boring. Light, contemporary, very recognizable and able to produce new trend...a drink that comes to life!

They are gregarious. They are cheerful, happy to go out with friends, bright and creative… guess who are we talking about?

They are the protagonists of your video for Sanbittèr!

By the way, isn’t Sanset alcoholic?

Of course it isn’t, but the revolution has will be the base ingredient of a new lightly alcoholic cocktail that will take over mixology trends!

“Be cool, be Sanset!”

10 cl of Sanbittèr, 5 cl of white Vermouth, a splash of soda and ice. Garnished with lemon zest and mint. Served in a balloon* stem glass.

Show this surprising mix in your video: the new trend which is able to change the "Aperitivo" scene...especially when it’s warm, during summer and maybe outdoors!

Your video will present the cocktail, in an original way. We are not looking for a video tutorial or a recipe, but we expect short emblematic stories linked to the birth of Sanset.

An example might be a “revealing” selfie of 3 guys, sent to a friend who missed the party. Behind the smiling faces, you can see the barman with a Sanbittèr and a Vermouth bottle… A new "Aperitivo": Sanbittèr Sanset!

We are looking for brightness, happiness, friendship and authenticity.

We want to be engaging, emotional...we want people watching your videos to live those "Aperitivo" moments.  

Read the following “DO’S and DONT’S” guidelines carefully, in order to be in line with the brand expectations.


Young adults, between 30 and 35 years-old (perceived).They live in the city and they have an active lifestyle. They look for indulgence, good food and drink. They are passionate about food & cocktail recipes, they love taking and sharing pictures about this topic.

They have many interests...such as fashion, design, literature and travel.

They are online people...they love good relationships, both online and offline, and for this reason they care about joy, relaxation, and funny moments with friends. They have a mid to high education level and standard of living.


In your video there must be:

  • The red Sanbittèr bottle.

  • A barman preparing the cocktail. The Vermouth bottle must show the invented brand label which you will find in the brief, in the additional materials. You will need to personalize this label before shooting.

  • Summer setting (better if outdoor)

  • Bar/clubs (also on the beach). You must avoid showing other products/brands on the counter, or in the room.

  • Unbranded soda water (showing the measuring cup)

  • Social occasion (a relaxing/funny moment with friends)

  • The video will be mainly for web usage, so it is better if it’s without dialog.

  • Please insert the disclaimer “Drink responsibly”.


In your video there must not be:

  • Drinking late at night (let’s keep the "Aperitivo" times: 6-9 PM)

  • No large parties. For us it’s all about spending time with the right people (friends and friends of friends) but not a large party of strangers.

  • No preparation and/or consumption indoor.

  • No drinking alone.

  • No animals or minors.

  • No references to alcohol abuse.

  • No dangerous behaviour (i.e. racing with motorbikes or cars, extreme sports, etc)

  • No drink driving.

  • No promiscuous or illicit behaviour.

  • During the cocktail preparation no other existing vermouth brand must be shown (use the labels provided).

  • Absolutely no Campari products.


We suggest you to find a barman (and bar/club) available to collaborate with. Trends have always started in the trendiest bars in town!

Remember to avoid all other brands and products not linked to Sanbittèr.

In a wine glass “balloon” (the red wine glass), filled with ice, pour 5 cl of white Vermouth, a bottle of Sanbittèr and complete with a splash of soda water. Squeeze the lemon zest on the surface, then run it along the rim of the glass before letting it drop onto the ice...
add the mint and serve with a smile!
